  I visited over a month ago looking for a particular sports shoe. They didn't have it in stock so was promised they'd call the rep and ask and then get back to me. I'm still waiting for a call.

  I rarely write reviews but after being made to feel like a prize idiot here I decided to write this as a word of warning to others. The service was fine until I went to the register. I was asked if I wanted to become a member but being a bit rushed I declined and was then charged twenty dollars more for my shoes. I asked why and was told that the price on the rack was for members. Upon suggesting that perhaps mentioning that membership was free and that I would pay what I had assumed I would pay I got a silly half grin and shrug. So I left feeling ripped off and like a complete idiot. Safe to say I won't become a member nor shop there again. Who does that? Fails to mention any benefits of becoming a member and then proceeds to overcharge you? Not impressed to say the least.

  What fantastic customer service, a prompt response from an email I sent, I was contacted when my product arrived and then they made the collection of my item so convenient. Extra thanks to Chris. would highly recommend.
