I bought an 8 X 5 trailer. The trailer was one of the imported trailers that they sold. It was sad to see that the quality of the imported trailer was higher than the locally manufactured trailers. The trailer I bought is a great trailer and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good trailer. The price was what I expected to pay. However I have given 2 stars for other reasons. The customer service staff were very friendly. They had knowledge of some of the technical specs of the trailer. But that is where the positives end. The grease wells in the new trailer were completely dry. Although there was the full manufacturing workshop on premises, there was no grease gun handy. The basics were checked but not everything. I drove it from the business and it was the roughest trailer I have ever towed. At my next destination I checked the tyre pressure. One tyre had 75 psi in it. The other on the same side had 65 psi. On the other side they both had 55 psi. This was extremely dangerous. After deflating the tyres to a reasonable pressure, the trailer had a much smoother ride. I recommend that anybody buying a trailer from this business thoroughly check everything as this is not a priority of the staff there. If you don't know how, bring someone with you.

Fantastic experience from the guys here..
From the start (ordering) to picking the trailer up, the guys have been very professional and helpful..
The price was just right, we plan on using it as a camping trailer, have just got home from Melbourne and it travelled really well on the highway..

poor quality! end product looked nothing like what i ordered or what is on their website .firstly, my garden trailer came with missing stock components such as jerry can holders, top rail around whole box, spare wheel in different position and no tailgate. second, welds were average with signs of scrap metal being used, tech screws helping to hold the whole side tool box on. spring lock holes being unevenly blown out with oxy torch leaving spatter all over it, which they then proceded to paint over (looks ugly). components had obviously been welded and cut back off without cleaning it up leaving sharp edge. chipped paint with large areas of paint run all over the place covering dints and lastly, the back door was hinge bound. not to mention surface rust all over it. i feel completly ripped off with vic trailers and will be sharing this story with anyone in the market for a "new" trailer

Great customer service, true value for money. Looked at a lot of yards in Melbourne and walked in and bought off the yard after receiving service that is rare to find these days. Harry was fantastic, I hope that his bosses' look after him as I would not have bought otherwise. He went above and beyond on the phone a few weeks earlier and was amazing in person on site. Have recommended them to 6 other people in a few short weeks. Well done guys.
