Good hostel near from Cairns Central (5mins) and esplanade (15mins) they organised barbecue party, cinema at night!!

Great atmosphere, good people, nice place to hang around. Kind of pricey on my opinion, but you can decide for yourself. Rooms clean, kitchens plentiful.

Nice hostel just opposite the train station (but a 15min walk to the esplanade). The double shared bathroom was nice and had a fridge. The AC is extra charge though. The kitchen is rather small and can get quite full. They have a lot of activities most evenings which is nice. Also the owner is knowledgeable

Met here for a tour booking and the owner went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure we didn't miss our pick-up. Looked like a great place to stay if you're backpacking, 20 minutes walk to the Esplanade and opposite great shopping.

Excellent hostel. If you are around on a Wednesday do not pass up Australian BBQ night, worth the small fee for excellent for and entrainment.

Comfortable, Secure, Fun Backpacker accommodation in Cairns. In a quiet neighborhood, but a quick walk to the CBD, pier, and Esplanade. Easy to check in, hosts are responsive and pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend for accommodations in Cairns both for backpackers, or private rooms.

Nice and quiet place, maybe a bit far from lagoon and such but a big coles is just over the street in a big shopping mall, so still a good location! Besides, the walk to the lagoon really isnt that far anyway 😊 Kitchen is too small, but the wifi is glorious. Unlimited amount of high speed wifi, faster than at my home back in sweden. And for all swedes, there is a shop nearby (5 min walk) called Swedish Shop which sells Swedish Candy (lösvikt) and a bunch of marabou and other chocolates! And they serve meatballs and falukorv, definitely go there if you miss all the good stuff at home 😁😉

Good place to spend the night, in a quite good location and with a really nice staff always willing to help.
The rooms are okay for the price you pay. It also has a swimming pool but it's tiny and it was quite dirty when we stayed there.response / report this review
