Had a slice of Mango Cheesecake, hard to choose from the wide selection of sweet treats. The Staff are wonderful happy an very helpful, Management have an excellent team doing a great job.

Great place for coffee and a piece of cake good Italian cakes. Serves good pizza and the gelato is also very traditional to its Italian roots. Great place for afternoon meetings or to bring children after school or sports practice.

I would have rated it better but they wont allow you to use toilet facilities. I pretty sure that legally they are obligated to do so.

I love this placelike I always tell the owner Alba " I'm coming to collect my pay at the end of the week " why ? Because I'm there so, so often.best coffee ☕️ yummy cakes 🎂 and just a great place for everything.

Great pastries etc

But coffee was close to inedible! Burnt and sharp

As a long term costumer I have always enjoyed the food and everything I have eaten is an experience.
For the most part the staff are friendly and professional. On occasion some of the staff have come across rude and arrogant, I understand a lot of your staff are from overseas and do not understand the way you speak to people is very important in Australia, manners in particular are valuable. I feel having somebody tell them what is required before they start would help them comunicate in appropriate way, so costumers experience a better quality of the service.
