These guys know their stuff. I am new to bike riding and the friendly staff at JCC were able to recommend the best bike for my needs and the appropriate accessories that I would benefit from. Good old fashioned honest and friendly service. Also, It wasn't just about sending me off with a new bike and the accessories - they offered to help out at any point after the purchase if I wasn't sure about something or needed help with the products.

Best bike shop I have ever visited their staff are amazing and is always keen on giving advice. The prices are so cheap for the high quality they give you. When I bought a bike they gave me additional accessories for free and I found it cheaper somewhere else and they lowered it even more. Most trustworthy bike shop in Joondalup area. They do inspections and when my old bike wasn't setup properly, they picked out some things that they can do to prevent me from an accident and that could ruin my bike. Truly the best bike shop I have visited.

At the age of 52, and havent ridden a bike for more than 35 years, i just bought my first ever bike from Joondalup Cycle City for a triathlon. Ross helped me pick a bike, size it for me was totally awesome. Customer service was terrific and very patient while i worked out how to do the quick release tyre thing under control. Got a great deal. Ross is the guy to go to for advice when your a total novice like me. Knowledgeable, patient, understanding and humourous. Thank you Joondalup City. You made it a joy.

Just can't fault these guys!!! From selling new kit to accessories and even bike setups. Always proactive during any sale. There are a few LOB's in Joondalup, but this shop stands proud. Keep it up!!🚴🏻
