  Great stater place for a night out with great wines and good nibbles

  Bar was filled with patrons speaking to each other and the staff at what I would consider a 'normal' volume. I even encountered notably raised voices towards the end of the evening. Almost NO ONE except me was actually whispering leading me to the disappointing conclusion that this bar's name is just for 'show'. Frighteningly similar to my (now historical) experience, of 'The Library' nightclub in Northbridge.

  Love the ambience, love the intimate setting, however one wine was off (which they replaced happily) and for the prices, was not overly impressed with any of the glasses of wine we had. I will try them again though as such a neat little spot and good service. 😁

  Excellent service and atmosphere. No tables to suit a wheelchair or toilets. Great selection of wines.

  Love it! So glad this place is still running. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about wine. The little food bites are goregeous too, especially the baguette and cultured butter. Whisper has to be our fave Freo spot.

  Quaint, cute little place always a nice selection of wines by the glass and plenty of nibbles to satisfy when hunger sets in after a couple.
  Reminds me of a very cute little wine bar we found in Paris. Highly recommended.
  Oh and service is always exceptional.
