From a delivery driver pov it has limited access to basement goods lift low height restrictions and on occasions unhelpfull security guards/concierge personal. Unloading from street can be dangerous.

So happy to be saying goodbye to bankwest. Never listen to the customer, charge fees for a year and a half then when questioned about them no refund or any understanding. Absolute criminals. Would love to have these guys as a hood ornament. Just hope other people watch there back and don't be scared to see what else is out there :-)
