Our cavalier King Charles Spaniels love this place. We've had to do short notice bookings due to our other dog being on heat, and just so accomodating. A great sign is when we arrive our dogs can't wait to get out of the car to go inside. They don't look back, they love it. Yes the place looks old, never judge a book by its cover. Well priced and great customer service.

NEGLIGENT. LACK OF COMPASSION. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS Our boxer has had to have her tail amputated after a 12 day stay at Diamonds boarding kennel Rowville, the staff there neglected to notice a wound so deep on her tail that bone was exposed, and severe infection had set in. We informed the kennel and they spoke with a complete lack of compassion for our beloved pet, tried to pass the blame onto us, and then insulted us by making the statement “we just want them to pay for the vet bill”. Please avoid this business at all costs.

Diamond Kennels have been looking after our pet for at least 8 years now. We couldn't be happier with the service and pricing. When our dog Dora sees its bag being packed alongside our suite cases it knows its off to Diamonds for a break and she wags her stumpy tail vigorously.

Having being using them for close to 17 yrs now and haven't had any issues. All of the staff are friendly and love the animals. Rob is probably the only male that our St Bernard doesn't bark at, and has been is 2nd home for the past few months

This was our first time to leave our dog at any kennel. This place is comparatively cheap but I found my lost few kgs and she had lot of ticks on her body.

We picked up our two fur babies today, Angus and Willow. They both looked very well and well looked after. The staff were very friendly, we felt happy leaving the kennels today and will be back next year for sure.

We have kennelled our two dogs at Diamonds twice now and have no issue with their service or the treatment of our pets. In fact, George and Bob actually are dying to get out of the car when we take them there. Happy overall.
