  All these places are the same when it comes to getting your prescription they make you wait and wait we're in agony did you know lot of people have disabilities why mate these people wait thinking they're going to go shopping in your store just give the prescription and let them go there's times there's like 2 people only and they still make you wait 15 minutes😠😠😠😠. But the service and the staff great they're doing a good job it's just the waiting

  Always prompt with thier service and fait with the prices. Also they are open late for your convieneance.

  Working 12 hours and stuck in the Easter traffic for over 2 hours trying to make it to the chemist to buy the codral original for my sick daughter , finally I was asked questions like a police officer from little boy he sounded like foreigner student , ok he asked me to sit and wait for 15 minutes and I said to him do I have to wait that long for flue tablets ? He said yes has to go through the system I said fair enough , 15 minutes later another looks like foreigner invester he call me and start ask me the same question in a loud voice if I have blood pressure or any other illness I said to him this's not for me it's for my sick daughter , then he tell me if you don't like to wait 15 minutes you can go another to quiet chemist and buy your stuff from them , I said to him I can't believe you saying that , also annoyed with you why asking the same questions you colougue did ? He said just like that because I Can ,, I said ok because of that would you like to call all the staff and asked them to ask the same questions for some one in a hurry ? He said yes because we can and unlimited times , I laugh and said is this a joke ? He said not I am not funny , ok sir you are stupid then !! And for that reason not coming here any more , also I told all our families and social club and now I tell all the people of Narre Warren Not to go to Narre warren Wharehouse chemist , you'll have foreigners they don't respect the people in this country . It's shame on you !!

  I cannot speak highly enough of chemist warehouse in general. An affordable chemist, that know their stuff. Plus also discounting a wide range of other products

  A wide range of products for health and well-being. Qualified chemists and outstanding staff assistance with any queries. Ample parking and easy access in and out!

  The store is great with a wide range of products and generally sufficient customer service. However I put 2 stars because if you go to this Chemist Warehouse, beware of an employee that will constantly watch you thinking you are going to steal at any moment. Every time I shop there, I always see her peeking behind my shoulder and makes it very obvious that she is watching me. Years in the store has not made me immune to this uncomfortability and have finally made me given up on Fountain Gate Chemist Warehouse. Would I recommend it? No.
