Friendly staff and good range. Always have stock of products. Never had an issue in 8 years of coming here.

Easy to navigate and staff are usually around in the event of not being able to find what you're after. Usually quick and easy to get in and it unless it's busy. Prices are usually comparable to other places and you can't really go past a snag in bread. Car park can be a nightmare to escape from though so pick your timing right to get there.

Great store, wide variety of items and lots of parking. Can get very busy. Also great place to get a sausage in bread on the weekend :)

We are blown away by the service we received today! I just love the size of the store, it’s got everything and more! We visited today to have a look at kitchen section and to get some help from the staff there. The lady that helped us in the kitchen area (Nikki) was really helpful and knowledgeable about the kaboodle kitchen range and was able to give us a few tips to assist in our DIY kitchen. We were both so impressed with the service that I’m leaving this review based purely on the service we received from Nikki. We are really confident with our kitchen design and are looking forward to placing the order!

What an unusual visit to Bunnings today.. we had great service from a lady who helped us with some outdoor chairs and then we went over to look at some gardening tools and were just in time to witness the most obnoxious, rude man absolutely going berserk at the poor lady trying to help him she remained very calm in front of him and handled it very well.. it upset a few customers as wellthen we headed to bathroom fittings and the young fellow Luke helped us out with great customer service..

Generally has what I need. Staff are friendly and usually reasonably knowledgeable. Like the community involvement that Bunnings has, cudos for their help to local groups.

Always a hive of activity. Especially on a Sunday morning. Car park is not so great though. Wish Bunnings would walk around with trolleys and think about how it could be improved.

Staff knowledge is great particularly the plumbers. I forgot his name but it was an African gentleman. Gave me the best tip for replacing my sink bowl.

The playground is small and boring. The toilet really needs attention.

Good bunnings store just needs more staff to help customers. Back in NZ they have way more staff which help customers find what they need. In this store I always have to walk around the whole store to find one and they busy.

This store has now employed a number of mature age staff. A great improvement. Less no all school kids telling me what I need.

I have noticed the customer service has gone down significantly after the closure of Masters. Some customer service representatives are really grumpy and at times seems acting like doing a favour. Can be a lot better

Has most of the things that you need but I wish to and better quality decorating stuff too. And more outdoor furniture. Otherwise you will find all the generic stuff and sometimes even a knowledgeable staff. I love their workshop! Always happy to learn how to do stuff around the house so that is very helpful. Wheelchair accessible and they have cafe and clean toilet on site.
