We had two roller shutters installed, the entire process from quote to installation was fantastic. Price was very competitive. Communication was great. The installers arrived on time and were very courteous, workmanship was exceptional and they cleaned up on completion. I would highly recommend Werribee Blinds.

This is the second time we have used Werribee Blinds, the first time was 14 years ago. We used them again as we were impressed the first time and they did not disappoint the second time either. We are so happy with the level of service provided, the competitive price and the after care service, not to mention that our blinds and curtains look awesome! We look forward to the next time we need to get blinds installed. We will no doubt be using Werribee Blinds again.

Absolute disgraceful service, the right hand does not know what the left is doing, first incorrectly quoted for shutters given a price which we were happy only to then be told by someone else of this Business that the correct price was around $400 more per blind this was as much
as $300 higger per blind than other places we received quotes onsecond, ordered and paid for deposit on external blinds that needed recovering (which we had previously bought off this Business) to be told on three different occasions that they were ready for collection at each time for pick up no-one knew much about them and the Saleswoman behind the front desk has attitude of "I don't care" no apology at all, people skills woeful..response / report this review -

These guys fitted out my investment property with blinds, fly screens and security doors and they were awesome. The sales lady that came out for the quote was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job at a great price. I'll definitely be using them for my home as well.

They did all my plantation shutters and security doors and were a delight from day one. I will use them again and recommend. They have been in successful business locally for 36 years, clearly doing something right. One bad job doesn't reflect on the hundred of successful ones.

Avoid at all costs, terrible service, useless staff that were unwilling to help with a product that was installed by them even though it was still under warranty they would not help

Use anyone BUT "Werribee Blinds". Quoted one price then charged a higher price after the installation. Zero customer service. Zero concern. I have a feeling they'll be out of business before too long. BEWARE !!!
