Sales team are great, its just a pity the after sales service and vehicle servicing is extremely poor. Inexperienced customer service team, poor turn around on warranty spare parts (twice). Extremely happy with the vehicle its just a pity this brings the whole experience down

Chris was able to clearly answer all my questions and built a good relationship. He was also able to shave the price to an agreed amount. Natalie was excellent in handing the car over and very engaging in her manner. The car was beautifully prepared.

I have recently purchased Volkswagen Polo Trendline from Werribee Volkswagen. My decision to purcahase was made easy by the wonderful salesperson Chris. Chris was extremely helpful and a lovely person. Casey was absolutely great with explaining car protection and was able to offer me a great package for paint protection and window tinting. Natalie was such a beautiful person and really showed how passionate she is with her cars and pleasing the customer to the uppermost standards. The service Werribee Volkswagen provided me has been absolutely amazing and I wouldn't have preferred anywhere else. A bonus is the great coffee machine too!!

Just thought I'd post about my experience with Werribee Volkswagen from the past week! I initially came in not looking to buy just yet but i saw something that caught my eye! Daniel was so lovely with telling me how everything worked since I had never traded in a vehicle before or bought from a dealership! And before I knew it Shane had given me an amazing price as well as other extra things to sweeten the deal and I was in the finance office with Stuart approved for a loan! I picked up my car today and I'm extremely happy with how everything turned out! Thanks to all the lovely people I met there during the week and extra special thanks to Daniel for all your help and always laughing at my jokes!

Didas has been referred by my friend Mr Joji. Such a wonderful person, with strong understanding of customer requirements. He always tried to understand what i need from a customer perspective. His customer relationship skills are excellent. He can be a one stop solution for all your vehicle requirement. Irrespective of making a sale he always try to bring value for the money you spend.

Traded in my car for Mazda CX-5. Thanks to Jimmy Tuna for making it a great experience. He looked after me very well right from the moment I stepped in the showroom, letting me keep the car overnight so that my wife could test drive the car too as she couldn't take a day off from work to visit the showroom. There were a few communication issues with VW before the actual purchase but Jimmy again stepped in and sorted everything out for me, making the actual purchase and delivery of car a hassle free experience. I'd definitely get in touch with Jimmy if I ever need any advise on cars in future.

I had a great experience at Werribee Volkswagen, the staff were friendly and helpful. Didas was awesome, it was nice to be sold a car by someone who genuinely loved and believed in the product he was selling. Will definitely be buying my next Volkswagen with Werribee Volkswagen!

Fantastic customer service! I dealt with Didas, he was brilliant and didn't blink when I said I wanted delivery of the car same day. He pulled it all together and made it happen. I got there at 10am and by the afternoon I drove of in a new car. Five stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
