They damaged my car and then displayed terrible customer service.
Took my car to get detailed and as they have tried to remove bird stains but have removed the paint and left dull scratches much larger then the initial bird stains.
Would not recommend to anyone!

Not good. There is still dirt inside the car. It is not even wiped properly. The interior clean is not at all good.Exterior is also very bad.They did not even wash the wheels properly refer images such a bad job. Got the offer through Groupon will not go back or recommend to anyone.

I went in for a car wash using a Groupon voucher and was pleasantly surprised at both the quality and speed! For $39 +$6 SUV surcharge, my car was clean very well. Albeit there were some spots around the tyre rims and behind the boot door bur overall Im satisfied!

Personally I wouldn't pay full price because the initial cost of my package was $79 and I'd expect more for $79. Since I paid almost half price for it, I was happy

I brought the expensive $110 treatment with the clay pack and inside outside wash. They didn’t do the inside at all. It only took them 30 minutes to do the whole clean and I had to get them to wipe off the marks that they had “missed” I would have been better off going through a “Coles express” wash it would have done a better job lesson learnt, never going back here again.

Great Service. I was getting late and needed my car wash ASAP. Staff was really helpful and they washed car quickly and the job done was really gud. Enjoyed coffee, while i was waiting. Great coffee great team. Will go again to wash my car.

They used to be great, but I went and got my car washed there this morning before taking a bunch of photos to put it up for sale. By the time the car had dried properly, I could see there were dirty spots ALL OVER the car. I basically had to wash it all over again myself.

I went their after buying a coupon from Groupon (inside outside protective wax wash). But they just cleaned my car from outside (alloy rims were not properly washed) and interior was not even vacuumed properly. just carpet was vacuumed. The cleaning level was just like ordinary self service car wash. nothing like hand car wash.

I had a great experience with the staff when i visitied them for a quick service. They were very warm and cordial and attended me immediately as i was in a hurry.
They provided me excellent service and i was extremely satisfied. I went home with a shining car:)

This car wash is the best Car wash in south Melbourne. I always take my car to this car wash and always get satisfactory result. More than car wash, I have used their car detailing service as well which was very nicely done and apart from car service, there is an option to have coffee in their cafe which is another reason to go their because have coffee while you wait though the waiting time is very reasonable. Keep it up guys

Paid $79 for a deluxe interior and exterior wash. Waited over an hour for the car to be cleaned. When the car was returned to me the outside door of the car was still dusty, streaks on the windows and the inside part of the door was still dirty. Wound the windows down and discovered that they had not cleaned the Windows properly. They did not lean a coffee stain on the interior. Attention to detail was very poor. Very disappointed. There are other places that do the same clean for half the price.
I ended up taking the car back and making them clean it again once they refused to give me a refund.
I would never use this place again.

Paid for exterior and interior wash and clean to my Audi Q3. Service was nice and accomodating but the quality of the clean was far from.
After waiting 45 min I returned to my car finding the dash, doors, seats, boot, cup holders and gears still had dust, dirt and spots.
The windows still had water marks and dirt.
I asked them to redo the clean and they abliged after multiple emails.
Returning the car for a second time to fix the job they still had left the same spots dirty

I would say if you want a quick exterior clean you will get your money's worth. Anything further where detail is needed- try elsewhere.
