Went there today in my lunch hour to return some tins of paint. The girl in the Returns section was very courteous and efficient and then i went into the electrical aisle and a worker called Ian helped me with his knowledge and he was wonderful in telling me what i needed for the job. Would go back to him again if need be. He's an Asset to Bunnings and because he's an electrician i knew i was getting the best advice.

Good service and pleasant staff. The only thing is this Bunnings is small compared to the others and doesn't stock everything. I was looking for floor tiles but they did not sell them here.

I find the staff always very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't know something they pass you on to someone who does.
Today Hellen at Trade Centre cut me a pieces of melamine ribbon from a very large reel - I only needed about 60cm - and free. They were out of stock of the $10, 50m reel I didn't need.
