  Today I went looking for screws for a project. I had no idea there were different screws for different surfaces. The assistant helped me pick the right type and diameter for my project. I am still amazed that they were able to decipher my ramblings and provide the correct product.

  The female young staff member was happy to assist me in choosing the correct paint, was very knowledgeable regarding the products and also as where I could find things. I love this store!

  Bought a Philips globe advertised half price, but have to pay full price at checkout, asked why the girl at exchange counter confirmed with other staff that it is the full price. I have to walk all the way to there and showed the staff that I was right. They finally admitted and refund the balanced, and the exchange counter girl never said sorry and her response is 'what ever'. I felt disappointed.

  I know Bunnings can cop a bit of flack but really it's still my favourite shop. Especially the Cockburn store. I'd give you 5 stars if you made the sausage sizzle seven days a week

  Huge variety, very friendly happy staff but would be much better if the isles were labeled correctly so we don't have to spend time walking up and down looking for things. Apart from that I did have an enjoyable time browsing.

  Always helpful and open at the right time. Great prices and good spread of offerings. Here is a thought; Wouldn't it just be awesome to ONE 24/7 Bunnings or Total Tools hardware store in Perth? Just one!

  Rude customer service
  Called before to check if they had stock
  They said yes but when turned up in store 20 mins later same store staff said we had none in stock although they had 50 items in back dock
  But they refuse to sell
  Store Manager Steve was no help either
  To locate his stock
  And continue to make excuses

  Good when you are able to find a staff member. Stop cutting cost and put more staff members on as I waste so much time trying to find someone to help me.
