Item was available on website. I went to the store. Was told item was not available, not sure when available, and only sent to the stores on random unscheduled occasions. Absolutely hopeless. I'll stick to ebay.
good store. positive team. staff should be more attentive to customers.
Understaffed! I go to Bunnings despited their high prices because there are staff I can ask advice regarding DIYs. But this store is severely understaffed. I wasted so much time trying to find someone to help me.
Very extensive stock displays. Some ver good clearance items at less than half price. Very healthy looking garden centre and well varied.
Absolutely amazing customer service. Friendly staff. Amazing proprioter.
The shop is great and has pretty much everything you need for DIY project. The staff are not very helpful though unless you already know exactly what you are looking for.
Great fun for all the family! Also a great place to pick home hardwares of every different kind with really helpful staff. Apparently. I really only tag along for the sausage sizzle.
Was very helpful. Definitely worth a return to this store. Excellent advice from staff. Thanks
Good store but they need to work on their Custer service - I was embarrassed today and her dealings with me made me feel uncomfortable and like I was a hassle . Last time I checked they return items with receipts which I had - regardless of what the item is. She made an assumption and said 'most people' I am not most people - I own 3 businesses and extremely professional. Vicky needs to be very mindful of how she treats Bunnings customers.
My husband also has an account with this store and we have spend a lot of money here. I did get a sorry from her - however it's really unacceptable and not very Bunnings friendly.
Just utter garbage. My local bunnings, but thats like saying my local train wreck. These homunculi make me long for the day when Masters existed as competitors, and Masters couldn't even go out of business properly. Poorly stocked, the smallest of the four classes of bunnings stores, and staffed by lovely people who know less than nothing. P.S. The staff try, the really do try, but thats a merit badge on the arm of this minimally exceptional student. 0/5.
The ramp at their entrance is not compact car friendly!! Good store, good staff, but entering and exiting their shop almost cost my Yaris a new front bumper!!
Good store, however the entry to the parking lot has a huge ramp without any sign or warning. This completely destroyed my car's front bumper. Went to Bunnings to buy a $20 glue, came back wihtout bumper and lots of $$ in damage.
Very poor customer service compared to other Bunnings I've visited. A queue of fifteen people at the only till that was open, I asked about paying at the customer service desk as they were standing around doing nothing and I was told I had to go and queue at the only open till, I commented about the long queues and was just told we're short staffed, not our fault. On a lot of visits I've been made to feel like a criminal, they refuse to allow you out the tool department until you pay for any items in there before continuing to shop in the rest of the store. Made to open bags and show receipts on the way out. Also when asking for any items that are locked up they insist on walking you to the till to pay before you can continue shopping for other items. Never experienced any of this at other branches, will try and avoid Coburg branch whenever I can.
