The hotel was clean, staff member checking us in was efficient, all necessary amenities were provided. Free shuttle to/from the airport was a great convenience!

It's pretty fair room for the price. Staff is friendly and helpful. The best thing here is the indoor pool and the buffet. Very convenient location from the airport. Great if you want to leave your car on the long term carpark for a very good rate and the hotel will take you to and from airport free of charge.

Well had to demand a fith bed as only four in the room though we booked for five.
Asked us to pay an extra $20 a night for a pull out bed. Stood our ground and it was sorted !!! Phew
Just had dinner at the buffet. Very good !!! Not a large buffet but great combo of very nice food. Delicious !!!!! Impressed 😆😆😆response / report this review -

OK to stay overnight if you are going to the airport next morning. Buffet dinner just OK. Convenient to the airport or surrounding airport parking.

Basic 3 star motel accmodaton, average bar facilities. The staff are very nice and good to deal with. The rooms are basic but clean an tidy. The shower is over the bath and the water pressure is good. There is not a lot of room around the bathroom sink to place deodorants and shaving equipment.

Good location near airport. Comfortable. Reasonable priced parking but very noisy from guests in the corridor. Avoid rooms near reception Excellent shuttle bus Service. Will use again

Very convenient for an early flight, the rooms are clean, not much in them but all we were after was a bed anyway. The free shuttle service is very convenient however it was a bit stressful that the time we would have preferred to catch the bus was already taken, and we weren't really to know that until we arrived at the hotel. This meant we needed to either take an earlier bus (meaning we had only 7 hours in the hotel) or take one that would be pushing our luck with getting to the departure gate on time. The walls and specifically the doors in the rooms are paper thin - you can hear everything. Some sound proofing on the doors into the hallway, or at least a reminder to guests entering the corridor to be quiet (particularly at night hours) would go along way. Overall a please transfer stay that i can recommend

This place was very convenient and close to the airport as we were flying out the next day. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the price was just right. I would recommend Ciloms Aiport Lodge for your stay before departing the beautiful country of Australia.
