Bunnings usually has plenty in stock and a wide variety of choices. If you have something more complicated, and tou have questions for a specialist, try to avoid the evening and weekend hours. In the weekends there are too many visitors for specialist staff to spend much time to assist you. In the evenings there is usually a reduced number of staff on duty and the required specialist may not be there. This goes for all stores, btw.
They sell just about everything you need. Staff are always very helpful and friendly.
Amazing! John V from the Trade Desk went above and beyond to help us over the phone locate a particular item we were after. He could of so easily said no can't see it and hang up. However, he kept searching even after asking another store member who said 'I dunno, haven't seen them'. He was polite and thoughtful, even apologising to me for keeping me on the phone whilst he search. Please pass on our thanks, our back deck area now looks FANTASTIC!!
What the actual hell. This is the second time im here to buy some paint and the guy who is in the paint dep, i absolutely hate him n he is so disrespectful. Both time when im here to get the paint tinited he just walks off, like srsly.
Great staff, friendly & helpful just like any other bunnings, 3 star only coz prices are not as competitive as when masters was around. Otherwise would of given 5star
Easy to find what you want. But to find help at busy times of the day. Too many items overstocked and in some areas stock not available.
Bunnings is a service business, and today I received incredible help from a guy in the Timber yard by the name of Kevin. He made my whole trip double worthwhile, recommending materials I'd never thought of - and giving me the confidence to do it myself. Great experience.
Very poor service. 11am on a Sunday morning and all I wanted was some help with some timber as I'm not a timber expert so needed help with sizes and uses of timber and 3 staff members could not help me or didn't know anything about it even after I was directed to them by other staff members. I'm not mad at the staff as they can only do the best with what they have and know but management needs to be aware of their staff situation. The customer comes into a business for help with what they are dealing with. If 3 staff members can't help in the one area then they aren't trained very well or have been put into an area they don't normally work in. Something has to change. Not good enough as a brand like Bunnings. Not reliable.
Run by a pack of fools. The checkout experience is a mess, not to mention trying to return an item at the service desk. Trade staff that I experienced weren't helpful for DIYers.
Terrible service, could not find any staff in flooring after looking everywhere so called the store and asked for some help and after a few more minutes a page went out asking for staff to flooring,we waited and waited but gave up and left,i told the lady at the front of the store they may need staff in flooring and was ignored
Good range, but staff difficult to find if something needs cutting, plus insufficient checkouts open. I miss Masters, although dearer, their staff were pleasant & helpful, plus stock was easier to find
Rather unpleasant to visit on weekends. The store is like an oven with no AC and virtually no staff on their busiest days,
I have never experience such horrible customer service!!
Purchased a portable air conditioner which was very noisy. Called the store to ask whether I could return it for a refund or exchange, and was told yes as long as I have the receipt. I stressed that the item is heavy and I would need to carry it downstairs on my own, but was assured that I can return it.
After awkwardly lifting the heavy air conditioner down stairs and into my car, I arrived at Bunnings and walked inside to confirm that I can return it. Then after lifting it out of my car and bringing it inside, they told me no I can't return electrical items.
Then they implied I was lying, and that no one there would have told me I could return it. I advised I will be taking my business elsewhere.
