My dad had a puncture on the road outside their shop. Called in and bought a puncture repair kit. Then decided he should really change the tyre. Best price and done on the spot ( he had removed the wheel). He seems very happy!
They should take out the bike and just call it ESCAPE and do us all a favor. If only there was an option to give no stars!
This mob will try to charge you for the work they have not done and think they can get away with it. I wish I read the reviews prior to taking my bike there. He tried to charge an additional 1.5hr when from the time I dropped the bike until the time he called me was only 30min and he gets all pissy when he gets called out on it. They charged me $88 for a bloody oil change and thats not including the labor or the filter, no air filter was changed for the service as well and over all a very unpleasant experience.
Really helpful team, great to deal with. Been servicing my bikes for years , knowe their stuff, they charge fairly and explain everything. Give them a try!
I needed an inspection and a new tyre fitted to my Street Triple. The guys at Bikescape were awesome! So friendly and helpful. They didn't have the tyre I wanted so they ordered it and rang me to let me know when it came in. Gave me some great advice about doing track days too.
Needed new tyres for my 1200GS. I was contemplating a couple of options ( both very different), Terry phoned and discussed my needs and the best compromise. Dropped loose wheels off 0800, called 3 hours later-ready! I wish I'd paid more attention to them before as they are literally round the corner, I thought they were 'just' a bike hire place- wrong! Competitive pricing too.
Thanks. It's great to have a professional, helpful local business!
I was happy with the customer service from these guys. Selena let me use their WiFi to top up funds on my account when mobile data wasn't working for me. They were patient with needing to rebook my motorbike for another two days while also rechanging my booking a couple of times when my plans changed. However, the bike horn kept going off when I was not pressing it, possibly because of the rain getting into the horn button. The ignition also turned on when the sidestand was down. $40/day is good value for hiring a bike, especially when compared to other bike hire options such as Racecourse Motors which starts from $149 for 3 days, or Clyde Rider Training Centre, Stay Upright, which costs $180 for a day.
Fast and painless motorcycle rental. Bike was clean and in great shape. They gave my wife and I local info and great directions.
Thanks guys!
Great Service an and easy hire to get my L/Ps. Really recommend. Has a few quiet streets nearby as well to get up to speed again if it's been a while on a bike.
