We stayed in apartment 40A-two adults and a child. Apartment was clean and modern, and had all appliances you need to make your stay comfortable, and such a great variety of Foxtel channels. We stayed for one month and really enjoyed it. No water view from this apartment, but a few metres from the pool which was great with our little one! Service dealing with the Westerbrinks was great-they are so helpful and willing to assist wherever they can.

“Excellent place to stay”
We travelled to Australia and as there were 3 adults and 3 children we decided to stay in an apartment. We found Riverview apartments on the internet and decided to book. The owner Paul was great and upgraded us to a 3BR for no extra charge. The apartment is very spacious and modern with all the mod cons. The lounge room has a huge comfortable lounge so we could all spread out and the kids didn't feel claustrophobic. The huge flat screen TV was also a hit and there is another TV in the main bedroom. The cleaning lady, Theresa was so helpful in getting our baby cot set up and providing information on where the closest shops were. We had a hire car however if you decide not to do that you can catch a bus into the city as the bus stop is right around the corner.
We were able to drive (about 5 mins away) to supermarket to pick up supplies for us. Lane Cove also has some nice interesting shops and restaurants. We tried the Thai one night and pizza (Crust) another, both very nice.
I would definitely stay here again, we felt very safe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

These apts are beautiful, a home away from home when we travel!
ALWAYS clean, in a fabulous location and superior customer service given by Pia Westerbrink.
We have stayed a few times and will most certainly be back!
Great value for money and worth every penny!

I stayed at Riverview Apartments for 2 weeks whilst working in Sydney. The apartment I was given was simply huge. It had by the looks of it been freshly renovated and had everything I needed to be fully self contained. I normaly stay at a hotel but these serviced apartments offer so much more space and comfort for less.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of thorough communication from this accommodation provider!
After several emails between myself and Paul and Matthew at Riverside Apartments, they failed to be specific and notify me of the time-frame to confirm a booking with them. This resulted in me losing the opportunity to book, and left my family and I very dejected about not being able to finalise the booking!
If Paul and Matthew had provided me with the FULL terms and conditions, we would have ensured that we made arrangements within the specifications.
VERY DISAPPOINTED and would not venture to contact them ever again in the future :(
