  Would not recommend the Cat Palace for grooming. Over-priced and poor quality work. Not all staff are welcoming or even friendly. Very unsatisfied!

  I went there thus afternoon, the place is dirty, messy, and after your, leave cat alone. The place at industrial area, what if anything happens to cats. No one there.its unsafe. However, staff are friendly. The cages are terrible.sorry this is I felt.

  Kim and the team are amazing. They know cat better than anyone! They are the only vet we will take our fur babies to. Highly recommend

  Both cats came home sick. Grumpy guy at the front desk said they were sick but no one told us or treated them!

  If you're looking for a safe and comfortable place to stash your fluffy slave driver then you cannot go wrong with Chatswood Cat Palace. Dr Kim and her staff clearly know and love cats. I was able to take a break reassured HRM's paws were in safe hands.

  The cat palace was absolutely the BEST care we have received for our little Persian Gizmo. Not only did they treat him like a special little furr baby and take the best care of him throughout his lion clip and castration, but they also gave us amazing advice and knowledge!
  Even though we live in Rose Bay and travel to come to the clinic, we are more than happy with our experience, and will continue to go back! It is just so worth the trip! Dr. Kim was wonderful, as well as her team! Thanks guys!

  Dr Kim and her team at the Cat Palace are exceptional. The services they have provided to my Persian range from a difficult tooth removal surgery (cracked molar, abscess further complicated by her Persian flat face); regular grooming either wash or full clip; as well as a stay at the boarding school.
  
  Since bringing her to the Cat Palace I have a much calmer, happier and more affectionate companion. As a first time cat 'mum' Dr Kim and Head Groomer Fiona have been wonderful in coaching me through behavioural issues, grooming requirements, dietary advice, administration of medicine and I could go on.
  
  Dr Kim and her staff have a direct manner, as in they will call a 'spade' a 'spade'. So be prepared for honest opinions and sometimes a bit of tough love when it's warranted. They will also take the time to explain things to you, and answer all your questions. Of paramount importance to them is your cat's well being and in my opinion that's how it should be.
  
  I highly recommend The Chatswood Cat Palace.
