Took my dog when he was sick. The first vet gave me a lot of scenarios being very expensive. In the end we worked out a plan to stagger the treatments to avoid unecessary costs. The staff are very caring and i am greatfull they were available to help in the time of need.
Very understanding, knowledgeable staff. Your pet is in fantastic hands. The receptionist and staff was so lovely when we had to put our beloved darling dog down. I highly recommend this vet. So thankful and appreciate their loving care
The most kind hearted, professional and caring staff you could find in your loved ones time of need.
Absolutely shocking care. Willing to charge for a full consultation without even checking my dog properly or running any testing or blood work when we took her in very sick. Vet was actually hesitant while checking my staffy. Told us just to use cream for an 'eye infection' and she would be finesadly, passed away 1 week later. After letting them know what had happen when she passed, reception were rude and insensitive and I was told it has nothing to do with them. I was told the Vet would contact me to discuss why no thorough check was conductedno call back - still have not heard from them. Lack of compassion. Do not take your pets here!
They were wonderful caring people who showed patience and compassion when I lost my girl Treasure, thank you so much 😊😊
One of the only 24 Hour vets in the area I think. The staff here are very professional and deal very well with emergencies. They have very well trained and well informed vets. They are very thorough with their practices. Never ever have I had a bad experience, I was always very happy with the service. A very welcoming place to go when your pet needs medical attention. You know that your pet is in good hands here. I have also found that their charges are less than other vets in the area.
Last week my siberian husky Tyson was rushed there but didnt make it,he passed on the way there. When we arrived the staff on duty were wonderful and very compassionate towards us as we were devastated by the loss. They were very caring. I would recommend the clinic based on that alone and by the sound of the reviews I have read they run a great place. I have another pet and will be taking him there from now on. a big Thank you to the team. Patricia
Always a busy place and the reception staff are nice and friendly and the senior vets are good
Had to visit Ingleburn Veterinary Hospital due to an emergency with our beloved dog, it is good to know there is a clinic close to home which is open 24 hours. The staff are friendly and truly caring. Thank you for taking care of Princesa.
They always look after our pups really well.
Great place to get my furbabies can be quite busy at times, friendly staff
I have used the services of the Ingleburn Veterinary Hospital twice, once for Lawrence and a few days ago for Elly Belly, both bearded collies.
I am a former RSPCA Inspector.
In both situations my dogs were taken to the hospital in crisis situations, firstly Lawrence who became critically ill with a spleenal abscess and who was close to death on arrival.
I had phoned the clinic to let them know I was coming and was greeted by two lovely staff who stretchered Lawrence into the clinic with great care and he was immediately assessed and stabilised. I was even allowed to stay with him for some time before he was taken into surgery. I waited in the waiting area for the surgery to be completed and as soon as Mark could he came out to let me know what he had found and that Lawrence had got through the anaesthetic well, despite being so critically ill.
Lawrence remained in the hospital for some time being a very old dog and such major surgery. I went into visit him a couple of times each day while he was there and was always greeted by friendly staff.
Lawrence recovered very well and went onto live happily for some years after.
The second dog that I took to the clinic was Elly Belly who was in a critical condition as well after an abscess broke in her kidney and caused a septic situation. She was stabilised and I was told that if she was to have a chance of survival she needed to go to the Animal Referral Hospital at Homebush. The staff helped me to organise her transport and stretchered her out to the transporters van taking great care of her while doing so and placing the drips she was on carefully into the vehicle. They even allowed us to take a pump for the drip to regulate the flow which was returned on my way home that day.
Elly is still at the hospital at Homebush and has undergone extensive surgery, but thank goodness is now in the recovery stage after being critical for some days. I am very certain that on both of the occasions I have presented dogs at this surgery, neither would have survived had it not been for the level of expertise that the Ingleburn Veterinary Hospital provided to them in their crisis situations.
I recommend this hospital unreservedly and I hold this clinic in the highest of regards. Mark is a wonderful / friendly man and a very skilled surgeon, the staff really wonderful careing people, as well.
Yes you may pay a bit more but they are worth every dollar of it and will provide the highest level of care that your pet needs.
I thank Mark and all the staff at this surgery for all they have done for my animals. My only disappointment was that my most recent visit I had to have the operation done at another hospital, by vets I was unfamiliar with. I look forward to when my Elly Belly comes home and that she will hopefully be able to have her follow up treatments done at the Ingleburn surgery.
Found an injured wild bird. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful about it. Lovely place.
