What a bunch of lying, incredulous fools. Every team member I have dealt with so far has lied, failed to do their job and been downright useless to deal with. I have had my own plumbing reports, videos, and builders reports, yet their plumbers who claimed their was no leak re-flooded my house. Almost 6 months on, and no resolve and they wont even deny the claim so i can move forward. Never insure with this immoral and corrupt organisation.

We have used Damon and the team at Adroit for a number of years now for all of our business insurance. The service is second to none. There turn around time when ever we have any questions or need any help with any of or polices is extremely efficient which is exactly what we need from our insurance broker. They always work hard to find us the best possible deal and there assistance when we have had to make claims has meant that the hard work is already done, leaving me more time to focus on my business.

Our company has been a long time client of Adroit Ballarat. Damon has always endeavoured to tailor our insurance cover so that it meets our specific needs. Damon and his team are able to provide up to date industry information and advice when seeking insurance cover and when making an insurance claim. Their practice of seeking several insurance premium comparisons at the time of renewal is much appreciated. Damon and the staff provide a professional and very friendly and personal service, with a staff member always readily available either over the phone or via email. We would highly recommend the service that Damon and the staff are able to provide.

Working with Adroit is always a pleasure! Their teams are very personable and always make sure I have everything I need, no matter the issue. They are just Awful. I am all for supporting local businesses but this company was not interested in me as a person, all they wanted was a quick sale and to make money. My expectation was that they would put effort into their business to grow their business. Now, i have to seek insurance elsewhere and i have found much better rates with better customer service from Melbourne insurance agencies. I could not recommend this place at all. Do yourself a favour and shop around. They are just terrible. E-
