Fantastic customer service! Even though we purchased one of the cheapest bikes in the store (only needed a bike for son to ride to/from school), Jeremy willingly spent time explaining what type of bike was and wasn't suitable for our situation. I highly recommend Bicycle Garage.

Haven't actually been in to the store but over the phone with Jeremy I felt very comfortable. His insights and understandings plus incredible advice definitely means I will deal with him again. And I live in Melbourne!!

I had to order a certain bike tire that alot of other bike shops said would take over a week to get in, but the bike garage said it would only take them 4 days. So I decided to order through them.
I was quoted $39 when I ordered it. And all was good. Until it had been 1 week and I still hadn't heard anything from them.
So I called and asked about the order and the man on the phone RUDELY replied with
"If we haven't called you, then it isn't here yet. Wait for our call". So I waited another 2 weeks before calling again! Only to be told that it had been there waiting for 2 weeks! I told the man that i was upset and he said to bring the bike in and they would fit the tire onto the bike for free. So I went in as they said and not only was the tire not put onto the bike but the "manager" was insanely rude to me.
He then charged me $70 for the tire and when I said that wasn't what we were quoted, he argued saying that he took the order and that is what I ordered. (It wasn't!) So I again told him I was unhappy that I had been over charged and so he said i could come back in and pick up a similar tire for $39 (which is what I was quoted in the first place). NEVER have i delt with such a rude worker in my whole life. I will not be returning to this shop. Nor would I ever recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing to deal with such rudeness.

Highly recommended. These guys are straight up and honest, very helpful, and never overcharge. I've had my bike serviced here several times, and even though it's not my closest shop, I'll still be making the trip. Good coffee as well!

I HIGHLY recommend the people at Bicycle Garage. They totally looked after me - treated me like I'd bought a 100 bikes from them (this was my first). They're not my local bike store - but they are now. Good prices; knowledgeable, friendly staff. You won't do better.

I received the best service I have ever had from a bike shop when I bought my new bike/pedals/shoes and had a bike fit here. They sell great bikes (mine was a Focus). Jeremy is very friendly and knowledgable as a lifelong competitive cyclist and physio, yet not at all condescending. This is a great place for anybody to buy bike gear at any level knowing they are in good hands - and you can also grab a coffee!
