This is the kind of store for people who know specifically what they're after. The staff may not know much about fishing but there regular monthly sales. Because of this, I buy most of my fishing gear here.

Staff are extremely helpful but sometimes it's hard to find things and sizes are dramatically different from brand to brand.

customer service is useless, iam waiting for my claim 3 months. no response, no phone call,no comunication. every time i try to find out what is going on, i get brushed off- it is coming. we are just good to spend money on overpriced items and no real warranty, just promises.

Oh dear! Nothing bad to say about the products, it really comes down to customer service or lack there of. This is a large store and always seems to lack adequate level of staffing and the staff members that are there want nothing but to scan your barcode and take your money and even then they get that wrong by over charging and it's down to the customer to prove otherwise. Have been to this store on two occasions now thinking that our first time a couple of months ago, the bad customer service was a one off. Unfortunately no. I would recommend that you shop elsewhere
