Great service and range of wines. Really enjoyable place to spend time with our out of town friends. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Really nice food, good wine including the happy hour special (4-6pm) but service was a bit hit and miss/hot and cold and the bright white lights in the back part are not as pleasant as the front section. Also skimped on replacing plates and cutlery between courses which tainted experience it a bit.

Great BYO wine place. Impressed with the meals the waiter chose for us. Good place to go with a small group.

The lady working here made my partner and I feel so out of place. Customer service failed but the wine list makes up for the poor service.

Amazing variety of wine. Great selection by the glass. Seriously good food and bar snacks. Try the school prawns and a glass of white. For three or more, the Chateaubriand steak is a standout. One of the best steak dishes in Sydney.

The must-do restaurant/wine bar in the Sydney CBD. Run and owned by award winning Somm, Stuart Knox, this casual fine diner has one of the most relevant and up-to-date wine lists along with a changing food menu with all the best that seasonal Australia has to offer.

You can drop in after (or during!) work for a quick and easy meal and a glass of wine, or settle in the for evening with the great view across to Hyde Park.

Australian dining at its best, that won't blow the budget. Stellar.

    Fancy a glass of wine?

Really great food and selection of wine, but serving portion bit on the smaller size. Great for catch up as it's quiet on weeknight.

Excellent menu selection. Foods were prepared beautifully and great diversity in flavours and textures.
    Service was good and discrete.
Liked that we were able bring our own selection of fine wines

Stuart Knox, what to say about this funny dude with red shoes.
One of the best wine palates in the country. Great selection of Australian and imported drops. Once Stuart gets to know your tastes on the first visit then every other trip to this iconic wine bar will be entering the menagerie of flavours, scents and feelings. An adventure in drinking grape juice (he will remind you of this every time you step inside). A great chef in the kitchen by the name of Mark whose dishes are prepared with the right acidity and sublety, beautifully matched with something funky or fine but never fashionable. One of my favourite places in the city.
