Bell collusion repair team is incredibly helpful — they genuinely care about the customer and their vehicle! These guys are exceptional when it comes to running a business and fixing customer problems. They are honest, trustworthy and go above and beyond to resolve issues with your vehicle. Bell Collision recently repaired my classic BMW. They were incredibly easy to deal with and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The quality of work and attention to detail was excellent. Fantastic service which included taxi pick to home and pick up. I have a classic Mercedes 560 Sel and I had my roof repaired to the highest standards. The workmanship and colour matching was sensational and I will be using this Repair Centre again without the slightest hesitation. The service was exceptional and the end product fabulous.

These guys fixed my rear bumper and quarter panel, and the result is amazing. If you looked at it, you wouldn't be able to tell that there was ever damage in the first place! Fantastic job and great customer service by Yianna from reception, thank you!

My car looks brand new again! With red being a hard colour to match due to paint fade, you can't even notice the bumper has been replaced. They cleaned my car inside out and it looked absolutely wonderful. Extremely quick repair and professional and friendly service. I am extremely happy!! I will highly recommend to everyone!

My dealing were good at first they told me all the things you want to hearwe will fix your car like new no worriesit took them 3 months to repair kept pushing it back telling me liesfinally they released the car in an unroadworthy condition which i had to fix myselfthey also used second hand parts on my car and to top it off the paint job was sub standard EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with their attitude.care factor of none. Be very careful when choosing a panel beaterask them for invoicesbecause this mob dont supply any proof of works donedont be fooled by the new paint look make sure it is mechanically correct

Had a terrible damage to my car while reversing it. I thought it could cost me a bummer. But these folks have managed to make it look like brand new. Costed me a real sweet deal. Friendly staff too. My experience has been quite excellent. Thank you.

My car looks better now than when I first bought it thanks to the outstanding job that Bell Collision Preston did. I received regular updates from the wonderful Yianna who kept me informed of the progress of my repair from start to finish. Their vallar service for my third party claim saved my sanity! They deal with all the chasing and paperwork that I just didn't have the time and patience for. James has gone above and beyond to ensure that I didn't worry about a single thing. I felt so looked after throughout this whole process and would highly recommend this repair centre to anyone who needs their car repaired after an accident. Thank you to all the amazing staff at this centre.

Supreme service and panel beating workmanship on my car! Communication was impeccable with regular updates, they provide a clean and reliable car replacement, and were punctual on the completion date. My car was cleaned and fixed as if it was brand new. Highly recommended! Thanks!

Customer service was absolute shambles. I was emailed a quote, I called to make a booking, and when I arrived the person I had spoken to on the phone told me I didn't have a booking and "need to get a quote before coming in". They finally found the email thread with the quote and took my keys with no word of an apology for losing my booking. The repair job was done quickly but when I arrived, my car had been left unlocked (parked on Plenty Rd) and they demanded I pay cash because "$100 is definitely a cash price". Again, they found my email with no mention of cash and said "Oh okay yeah that's fine." Once again, no apology offered for the mix up. Job was done well but would not return just based on terrible customer service and lack of professionalism.

Customer service was a disaster. Never inform on update details a whole month. Followed up on what was happening with the vehicle, never received a call back. Strongly advise to use other smash repairs, do not waste your time!

Somehow got the job from my insurance assessor before i had the chance to take it to my own preferred repairer. Then started ordering parts. Very pushy. My preference was to take it to my preferred repairer however this was quickly taken out of my hands. I've changed insurance companies and I wont take my car here again
