An absolutely disappointing experience with the service centre . Took my car in with an ongoing issue which I had told them about but they needed to diagnose which is fine . Once the issue was identified the communication was appalling. We had to continually follow up with them and they regularly gave different time lines for repair. One day short of 4 weeks is challenging at the best of times but having to question several times a week where we are at is terrible. Will not but an Audi again !!

Very poor customer service. My Audi had a fault with electrics and got towed and dropped off at this centre. I was told 3 days straight that they will assess by tomorrow morning and I will be called. The only way I can find out what was not happening is by calling, then finally they responded on the 3rd day. Very poor service. I am getting the car towed to another dealer as this dealer has quoted $10,500 to fix a car that is under warranty and serviced as required. Apparently this is a common fault with VW and Audi's (Same company) with a sunroof, so its a design flaw. At no time was I shown or instructed or warned that a sunroof filter existed, let alone shown how to clean it. In fact it is not even part of Audi's service plan to clean this filter on every service. I am being helped by the other dealer and it will go under warranty as this is clearly a product fault. I'm sure this center will have a nice story about why I am a bad customer, but the facts are this dealer didn't help me and other one did. You make the call this is just a heads up.

Recently booked in my wife’s 2019 Q7 TDI for new tyres; in my experience as a 16 year Audi Owner, the customer service team is second to none in Melbourne (literally) however, the service manager noticed an error on the quotation when ready to complete our transaction. Without going into detail, the error totalled $600 which should have been passed onto me as the recipient of the service. Not only did he waive the $600 due to the ‘system’ error, they also waived the $150 wheel balance/alignment fee for the inconvenience it caused.

I was totally comfortable in paying the total amount including the wheel alignment fee but they wanted nothing of it.

Outstanding Customer Service; above and beyond expectations.

I have also shared my experience with many friends whom were speechless!

Any dealership can offer great customer service when a sale is on the table; how many dealerships can offer this type of customer service when they are financially impacted?

We’ll done Audi Service Dept! A credit to you all. Stay safe :)

I serviced my car here last week. My Audi is working much better than before. However, the centre did not advise me when the work was finalised that I had to wait all day. When I said this to them, they did not even bother to say sorry. I think that they should also improve their communication style with the customers. I probably will not use this Audi Center for the future although this is so close to where I live.

Do not go to this service centre.

We had a coolant leak in our 2017 Audi Q5.

On first diagnoses they replaced the thermostat cost of $3000.
    3 month later same issue.
This time decided it was a heater core, cost $3000.
After a complaint lodged, I heard nothing from Audi, or service centre.

6 months later, same issue, this time I took it to a different Audi service centre, they have told us it was a water pump, estimate of $1000, and told us previous fixers where most likely not the issue, and should not have been replaced.

I’m $7000 out of pocket for what seems to be a $1000 issue.

Please do not waste your time/money with this service centre.

I had the pleasure to deal with Anthony and Ross for my used car purchase. I am very greatful for their hospitality and how easy they made my process. Fantastic service. Felt confident throughout the process and certain of their reliability. Strongly recommended. Thank you again.

Since 2015 I have had my vehicles serviced at Audi Centre Melbourne in King Street.

The team have never let me down. They have always been friendly, up front, professional and recitified any issue without fail.

I could not recommend anyone else more highly to look after your Audi than the team at Audi Centre Melbourne.

A spark plug in our Audi A4 gave up on us in the (very congested) city 3.40 Friday afternoon just before the long weekend. Just made it to Audi Centre in King street and despite being very busy, and us arriving unannounced, they identified the problem, changed the plugs and got us underway ASAP. Great service - thanks to Matt and the team.

Audi is an amazing brand - quality products produced with the highest integrity - and the staff at Audi West Melbourne delivered exactly the same quality too. We were umming and ahhhing about which car to buy and Jarryd and the staff were totally supportive, not pushy or hard sell. They knew they had a brilliant product and just left it up to us to explore which one was right for us. Jarryd walked us through the cars features down to the last detail. When it came to sealing the deal they helped us organise finance in a super quick way. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

From the moment we walked through the door we received warm, inviting and friendly service from the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our buying experience was exceptional. Our every request was met and the car was immaculate when we picked it up. We have no hesitation recommending Ross & his associates at Audi Centre Melbourne.

This dealership is complete rubbish we dropped our car in at 10am for a service with no issue other then low oil, picked car up at 5:30pm turn the car on and the dash is cover is engine warning lighting so we go back in to ask them what the hell has happened and they try telling us when we dropped off the car all these lights were on which is a total lie. They continue telling us that the computer system shows the lights being on longer then today which is also a lie due to we Drive this car every day. We fight about it for awhile and all they can say is to fix it will cost $2000plus to fix the issue which is more then the bloody servie. We will never bring our car to this dealership again or buy another Audi. Their customer service and workers are the rudest people they talk to you like your an idiot. This company is a rip off

Worse experience of my life, dealing with these people- they aren't able to resolve the problem in the brand new car in 7 visits, rip me off, in terms of services highly recommend don't buy any Audi car, if you have done this, don't go for service with west Melbourne king St. They just want your money, sales people only want to make their service manager Happy. Customer satisfaction is zero.
