I cannot thank Zagame Autobody enough for repairing my beloved Audi Q7 so flawlessly. We were involved in an accident and had little to no help from our insurance company, even though we weren't at fault. We decided to choose Zagame over the default insurance repairers after a raving recommendation from a friend- who would only deal with the best for his Audi rs3. We were told if you have a luxury European car than they were the experts, and experts they are! The whole team were so professional and great with their communication through the entire process. We had multiple updates via phone calls from a lovely Irish man named Nigel who was very informative and put our minds at ease. My child was 4 months old at the time which meant it would have been a logistical nightmare to try and pick up the Audi. Not to worry, trusty Nigel organised for a staff member to drop the car off to me at a time that suited me! Even the guy who dropped it off was lovely and the car had been detailed which was a nice surprise. Let's just say my car looked better and cleaner than it did before the accident. Thank-you so much to all the staff at Zagame Autobody for making such a stressful situation turn in to a positive one.

I couldn’t find the site for Tullamarine Audi spare parts. I certainly hope this post gets to them. Confronted by a hefty repair bill for a workshop mishap. I dreaded making the call. As luck would have it, I got the manager who calmly talked me through several cost cutting options and thankfully wasn’t motivated by the dollars. His advice and guidance was invaluable and got me out of what could of been a costly jam. Thank you Amed, thanks for your advice and time.

Very happy with the exceptional service provided by the team at Zagame. Not only were they very welcoming and hospitable, but very efficient and professional throughout the entire process from when we went there to look for a car until we found the right one. The level of personalized service they offer is very unique and made all the difference!
