I had a great experience at Bundoora BMW, supportive staffs.

Go and Ask for ( KIA ), he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible,excellent customer service, attention-to-detail and support.
KIA was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant.

Also ZACK in finance team,He is helped makes the process really smooth, supported all loan documents to find best option.

I'm really excited with my gorgeous X4

I just wanted to say I have never received such exceptional service like I did from BMW Bundoora . From the moment I decided to look at a BMW for sale there to when I decided to purchase the car, Alexandra Ballis was absolutely brilliant. Her knowledge, courteous friendly and professional service was fantastic and is an asset to the dealership. As for the day of pick up, I felt like royalty - all the little touches made me feel so special that I highly recommend if you are going to purchase a BMW look no further than to go and see Alexandra , this is the place to do it from. I want to thank Ross for his amazing service. The entire buying experience was very smooth and Ross always went above and beyond to get the car which i wanted.
