Receptionist is so rude as she doesn't know how to talk to a customer. I wasn't expecting that from spot on panel. Even $2 shop people talk politely and here they are getting thousands of dollars and having such a poor Receptionist. Next time for sure I will pick some other place to get my car ready.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
This company will try any way possible to extort you to pay “made up” fees once you decide you no longer want to use them as a repairer! They were trying to charge me $5,600 and would not release my car unless the payment was made and when I confronted them about these fees, they tried everything in their power to convince me they had to be paid, even to the extent of contacting the insurance company and processing my claims as “fraud” however, I sought legal advice and called the police who advised me all the fees they were trying to charge were illegal and irrelevant and when I approached them with this information they had nothing to say besides, this is my company I can charge what I want. These people are nothing but lying thieves. Jess Vassallo and Vasko are two evil and unprofessional manipulative human beings with one of the worst attitudes I have every come across. I ended up having my car released free of charge, as I would not cave in to their ridiculous made up fees. Please do your research before using this pathetic company!response / report this review -

Went in to organise an assessment (not at fault accident claim via insurance company). Initially was greeted by a friendly receptionist, went and checked the vehicle and said would take 5-7 days and if I wanted to leave it today! I thought gee not bad turnaround Don't get to excited car needed to be seen by someone else, to be told as soon as he seen it "that's a big job, we won't be able to do it for a good 4 weeks, maybe ring your insurance company and try find somewhere else!" To my reply, well no. your local so I'll wait then it hit me stuff them! I will go elsewhere! Rude pathetic attitude to have, but obviously too busy they didn't need my work. Found another popular panel beater to complete my repairs who were much more accomodating.

Only recommend this place to people I truly DISLIKE. From the beginning the staff kept pushing me to not use my insurance even though I wanted to. When I received my brand new Volkwagon back from them I tried to use my windscreen wipers and one was practically completely ripped of rendering the car unroadworthy and when I told them of the issue "Their was no way the could possibly be at fault." Some serious crooks work here. Please be careful.

Thank you to Spot On Panels in Deer Park who did a great job on my car.
Long story short, unfortunately I had someone rear-end my car and I had to take my car to Melton Body Works to get repairedbiggest mistake. They had my car there for six and half weeks and did a really bad job. As soon as I picked up my car from Melton Body Works I put in a complaint with my insurance company RACV. The inspector from RACV came to my house and checked out my car and saw what a bad job they did. He then gave me the thumbs up for me to organise to take my car to Spot On Panels to get repaired for the 2nd time. Spot On Panels staff were very lovely to deal with and fixed up my car in just over a week, they also gave me a free loan car so I could get around to work and wherever I needed to go which was great!
Thank you so much for making my car feel like a brand new car again, I wished I went to you from the beginning!

The rudest receptionist you will ever come across. Argumentative, very unhelpful, full of attitude, was yelled at, patronised, and refused to provide a copy of repairs. When you finally meet her it, all makes sense (channel Mr Ed). Repairs were average, and no point arguing cause nobody listens and nobody cares. Had to sell it however obvious crap repair job meant a significant devaluation. Was enough to put me off ever going back, I live locally and yes I tell everyone I know. Wouldn't use their toilet let alone go back for repairs.
