We have purchased a fair few items from bbqs galore geelong. We have had a couple of things go wrong with a some of the things and have to say their after sales and customer service is second to none. Highly recommend them

Partner and I came here a few week's ago when I was in town, the older lady was sooooo helpful and definitely knew all her stuff. Partner came back last week and bought the Weber bbq so he's super happy! Thank you 😊

On Thursday the 26th, my wife and myself went in to your store to buy a BBQ but no sales person ask if we needed help two other people were in the store at time and serviced but no one ask us for help one our so called sales person just walk pass not ever looking our way so rude is will be the last time we will go to this again you missed out on a sale. I will by passing on to friends and family members was all as Facebook the our experience in our store NOT HAPPY.

So I purchased a 4 burner Jan 04 while in Geelong and was told by staff member everything is in the box,you have to put it all together.He then helped me lift large box in to the wagon and said "have a good afternoon" and walked away.
WRONG should have been two boxes.
I contacted the Manager next day when I had started unpacking and realised all cabinet parts are missing.
He will ring back in 10 minutes
An hour later I was informed that I had left it behind .They had tried to call me but had not taken my details at the register.
Joe had it freighted to me two days later.
