  I had to get a few things for a short camping trip and they had everything we needed. Staff were not overly helpful or friendly but they were busy so somewhat understandable. If things hadn't been on sale I think it would have been a bit expensive.

  Poor customer services, rude and lack of knowledge of their product.
  Two staff are the exception, they try hard. ( males)
  Their product are overpriced, misleading the customer to believe their are massively reducing prices.
  They won't match prices with other stores, give all sort of nonsenses reasons.
  I am getting less and less products from them as I am not feeling I am getting the best prices and service.
  I new approach to marketing and customer services is essential to keep business afloat.
