    Definitely 5 star!
Maybe a visit to the Frankston Store might help!
Just bemused how there are 2 staff at the Trade Counter and tradesmen waiting and only 1 serving. Common sense would be nice! I use Bunnings from 3 to 4 times a week sometimes. Still the slowest Trade Desk time after time.
Friendly customer service. Easy access form car park. Ample parking. Great range of indoor and outdoor plants. Great range of materials and equipment to check out for the home renovations or repairs. Cafe, playground and public toilets available also.

Absolute disgrace.. I arrived to Bunnings at 5.45pm to buy 20 lengths of 90x45 x5m pine only to find the trade gates shut.. I went to the desk and was told the trade centre closed at 6.. so I was forced to get a trolley and load my 20 lengths onto it an drag it through the whole store to a till where the cashier laughed at me.. I then had to pulley out the front door to have my receipt checked and across the carpark.. not once during this was I offered any help or assistance from a member of staff.. I would give lower than one star if I cluld

Great store with friendly staff and good service - as I came expect from Bunnings over the years. The only exception was the middle aged lady manager from the paint section who was quite unpleasant and rude when I came back asking for 0.5L of paint to have some colour mixed into it, as I have forgotten to do that originally.

Having forgotten the receipt at home I was not too hopeful on getting that done for free, but was still hopeful as I have been a regular at this local store over the last few years, spending many hundreds of dollars and carrying around $80 of supplies in my basket at the time.

The employee that identified herself as the manager outright refused to do that, further refusing a photo of the receipt and stating that unless I had physical proof, I'll have to cough up another $13 for another can.

I did end up buying another can as $13 is just not worth the headache, but I have honestly have never had such an unpleasant experience at Bunnings previously. Even if there was no way to mix in what would have been 50 cents worth of paint into my base paint, she could have been courteous and respectful about it.

This left me thinking about finding an alternative local store to get paint from next time

Kylie from the paint section (sitting at special orders today) was extremely rude and has attitude. Expected us to pay for a new blind even though the blind we ordered was not cut to our specified width and the way she responded was really rude. Never expected this from a bunnings employee! Spoke to manager Chelsea who was extremely helpful and is resolving our issues.

Great range and helpful staff; however staff assistance can be somewhat difficult to find during peak and even non-peak periods.

We went in yesterday morning first thing to get some indoor plants and Amy was absolutely wonderful. She was patient and made sense in everything she was explaining since I knew nothing about plants at all, she basically gave me a lesson and told me things I didn't even think of asking. I knew exactly what to do then and we are very happy with the plants we have chosen and confident to make future choices, all thanx to Amy. Can't thank you enough Amy, you are amazing 😉

Poor service, plus lack of care makes for a poor shopping experience. Whilst they may have a good range. They have closed down how many other 'hardware' shops by the practices'

Blocking off areas in the garden area, without easy thorough fare. I was hoping to buy some potting mix. It meant detouring.
Back through the main building. Not very customer smart.

Pretty good. The older staff seem to know their stuff (when you can get a hold of them.usually there's a line of people waiting to ask stupid questions), range is massive. Only gripe is that the hire shop (whether visiting them in person or over the phone) take their sweet time. They need a dedicated person for it, but instead it's always a case of "ok BLAH will be down as soon as he can to help you". Or on the phone "Let me just transfer you to BLAH", who will transfer you to someone else, and back and forth. Otherwise a good store. Their prices seem to be creeping up a little now that Masters is gone.

The customer service at Bunnings fountain gate is ridiculous. Every time I come to the hire shop they sometimes make me wait 30+ min before I get there attention.

Then when I come back to simply drop the machine off you would think that you would be in and out in 5 mins. But instead you have a long wait ahead just to drop a machine off.
