Great selection. Prices are good but it can be a bit rough to get help or find your way around. Would still take the time to go back for any future renovations

Very cheap and still the same products as other hardwear stores, customer service is friendly and helpful, only thing that put's me off going there offen is it can take a while to get in and out and the products can be quite a distance away from the car if you can even get inside as there is not much room to move, overall I like and place and will always go back but you need time there.

DO NOT order and get timber deliver as you will get SH*T! Go there yourself and chose what you want, that`s the best way to pick up "good" stuff!
There is a saying - you get what you pay for - it`s true!

Some good prices to be found if you have the time to look around.
Disorganised, no real visible system to product placing and labelling (or lack there of) does not help.
Saying this, this is. It the most disappointing factor.

The "customer service" is prehistoric. It's like stepping back to the 80's.
Trade level of service. As in they act in a way that they are doing you a favour..by taking your money..!
Customer service is an alien concept to these guys.
Perhaps when they catch up to the modern way of business they will find there business will be the success it could be.
