I don't believe that children under 12 should be allowed to swim in the slow, medium or fast lanes. The staff are slack on ensuring that parents keep young children to appropriate areas.

Unfortunately most times I've dealt with the staff they have been vague and lacked any knowledge, they always have to call you back as they dont know how to answer the question! And this is coming from customer service officers!!!! Most recently my dealings have been with the membership staff (in particular Sarah) who treated me with such rudeness and disdain. I was treated like I was a bother. I had to contact Sarah numerous times finding an answer, thankfully her colleague Colleen could help me. I think the job is far more bigger than the capabilities of Sarah, might be worth looking at re-employing her to somewhere where she doesnt have contact with people.

Great place to swim,spa and rest in the heated pools. There is also a gym and cafe onsite.

Great pool, but annoying when here with clients and can't access the change rooms due to kids and adults using rooms specifically for ppl with disabilities.

Great Local facilities. We're very lucky to have facilities like these in Croydon. Perhaps could do with being open a bit longer and getting to the gym is like finding your way through a maze - at least to begin with.

Great for little kids just starting out with swimming. Not very big or modern but it's fairly quiet and there's still plenty of room. Prices are reasonable
