Great prices on the new vans. But service department seemed busy.. Was told by someone I would need to book a van warranty and service at least 6-8 weeks in advance Sounds like a joke!

I would like to thank the whole team at Jayco Ballarat for the amazing experience with the purchase of our new caravan last week. From Scott who first showed my family the van, Jesse's help along the way and Steve's thorough hand over we couldn't have asked for more. We used the van (now know as "The Panda") for the first time on the weekend and our next getaway can't come soon enough. Keep up the good work guys. One very happy family.

At first Jayco Ballarat were the only dealer to offer a realistic trade in price for our van. Deal was done. The new Jayco has had a few warranty issues and to their credit Ballarat Jayco have been completely cooperative in rectifying all problems. Speacial thanks to Rod service manager also Tristan and Trish, would not hesitate to purchase another Jayco from Ballarat.

Excellent customers service and great experience. The bracket for the jockey wheel broke on my caravan. I rang Jayco Ballarat and they were only too happy to help. A new bracket was welded on that morning. The staff in Sales, Service and Repair were all very polite, friendly and helpful. Would have no hesitation using them again. Highly recommend the business for service.

My wife and I went to have a look for a van to see what might be available with features that we are interested in having in a van. The salesperson set us our budget at 20k without being given our budget. He was not interested in what we wanted, only in what we were prepared to spend. He then asked two other staff if they knew of a van with the features we asked for at 20k. They said no and he left us. He didn't offer any information about what might be available for us to consider. Very unhelpful and uninterested. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
