I Bought my car in 2011 and have been servicing it here all along.
I had my car services recently and paid $1000 , the next day the car was jerking every time i brake. Tried to book to return it but the booking full until January. Today on the way to work the car stalled 3 times and had to stop in the middle of the road and restart. Contacted Holden to book as a matter of urgency but unable to.I was told that i can get the car towed but the car it might take up to 5 days to find out the problem and repair.
I requested if can have a hire car in the mean time and told that all hire cars are all booked until January. With work and family commitments this is going to be difficult.
I had to take my car to a local Mechanic who is already looking into it.
After 6 years of servicing my car and paying much more than I would pay anywhere else there was not any form of support offered to me by Mantello Holden roxburgh park.
I am never taking my care there ever again.

I have just picked up my brand new sporty Holden Astra RS. The experience at Mantello Holden was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. The most friendly helpful people you could hope to meet. The atmosphere in the showroom is relaxed. No one rushes up to you when you enter or follow you around but are there and ready to help when you are ready. They are not happy till you are happy. On pickup they go through everything with you at your pace and set it all up for you. I wouldn't go anywhere else. First and only stop for my next car.

I have just recently picked up my 2015 Holden Cruze through this dealership.
It was the first time that I have even been there.
I was impressed how professional the entire staff were from the moment that I entered the dealership.
Nothing was to hard from the initial consultation, through the test drive to the purchasing, everything went without a hitch.
Never have I ever experienced such professionalism, and I have purchase a new car even 5 years.

I recently purchased a Suziki Baleno . Angela the sales consultant, was really helpful. Through out the week, she would always contact me and let me know the process outcome. Good service and reasonable prices when negotiating. Service manager was great to deal with and followed through with an issue under new car warranty, right through to the end. All fixed now, happy with the after sales service. Would recommend this dealership to others.
