Called in to get general advice on how to operate CD player in our Jeep Grand Cherokee as we were having difficulty getting it to work. Also wanted to know if we could have day & date displayed on the screen (we can't apparently - disappointed), advice about wipers operating automatically and how to turn the radio off (can't apparently - only mute it).
