The breakfast buffet and location were much better than the room itself. The hotel was in the midst of a renovation while we were staying there so we subject to the sounds of drilling/jack-hammering as early as 7:30am, which was quite unpleasant. The rooms could definitely use help in the cozy department (area rugs?) but otherwise our stay was pleasant.

Awesome staff, really accommodating and going to any extent to make you feel welcomed. The whole hotel appears to have been refurbished recently so the room looked new. The only issue was that it was really hot those days and there was only a fan in the room, no air conditioning (the room does have a radiator for the winter though). Good continental breakfast in the mornings, just wished it ran until later (closes at 10.30am).

Friendly staff, reception open 24/7, the room is nicely decorated, and the bed is comfortable. Quiet place, not too far from center (30min by foot), and they can keep your luggages when you're visiting the city, even after check-out.
The breakfast is excellent, lot of choices.

But the bathroom is really small, there's no air conditioner, and the fan is totally useless.
Good for just one night.

A value for money hotel Don't expect too much.. normal rooms with basic amenitiesit's on the main road next to a train station so best place for travellers.

Nice location near underground and west rail station, wonderful living room for the guests and the breakfast bar and restaurant can be used 24h for free tea, coffee of hot chocolate. Good services and affordable underground parking make it an excellent option for the concerts in the Wiennastadthalle.

The beds were comfortable and everything functioned properly. But there was some mildew in the shower, some of the carpet had come away from the wall and there was a family of somewhat sizeable beetles living in the wood of the windowsill that liked to climb the curtains. It wasn't the cheapest place so I was slightly disappointed with my first two faults. But the latter isn't exceptable.

I don't understand how this hotel is a 4*, rooms are poor, furniture is old and the floor has a lot of stains. We didn't even had the air conditioning and the room was terribly hot. I'll never go there again.

Decent location for the price. Staff was super helpful and arranged a ride for me at 4 in the morning. There's an adult club not far from the hotel if you're into that.

Perfect location to a main station, very helpful staff and rooms do the trick. It is an older hotel so no Aircon, but fans are provided and staff are always around. Would happily stay again
