Terrible food, awful rooms called 'living rooms' outside hotel. Depends on your luch. You can get nice room or living room which looks like staff quarters for the same price like nice room. Some conf rooms without air conditioning.

Hotel fine. Good location. 20 minute walk to central old Vienna down a main shopping street. Easy access to public transport. Rooms modern and quirky but comfortable. No noise disturbances at night. Breakfast excellent but room can be very busy. Staff friendly and helpful

Small but nice hotel in the middle of the city. The metro station is walking distance away. Rooms are small but have all the necessary aminites. Breakfast was awesome.

I stayed in an apartment connected to the hotel, my stay including breakfast. Nothing could have been too much trouble for the staff, who were uniformly helped. They even took the trouble to print out a document for me, when the hotel computer was not working well. I was able to do laundry, to cook, to relax and to work in my apartment. It is located five minutes away (if that) from the tram, little further from the Westbahnhof; everywhere is easily within reach. I had a splendid time and would definitely return; indeed I hope to. Thank you very much for an excellent stay; I was made to feel greatly at home.

Rooms are so fashionable! Concierge is very polite and helpful. Would definitely come here again!

Great hotel. Some of the staff is really helpful. Breakfast buffet was fabulous!!! Bar service n dinner was delicious. Public transportation is excellent and located one block from hotel. The hotel is accessible by bus 18 from the train station or the Hop On Hop Off. The Ring is about a mile walk from the hotel to the museum's. Rooms are nice n comfortable.

A very nice hotel, breakfast is great, rooms are nice. The shower with no privacy is a bit of a culture shock but it's ok.
