The rooms were badly cared for and the bed were less comfortable than the floor.

Good customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to park in their dedicated parking garage (though you need to have a €50 cash deposit - this is returned to you after the parking)

I stayed here three times between 2014 and 2017. All the facilities are available at a good rate. Quite near to Alsterstrasse Straße and hence convenient to take the public transport. Some rooms are small in size but manageable for short duration stay.

Not the greatest neighbourhood of Vienna, but it has a good subway connection. The hotel itself is functional and could need some improvements. It's nonetheless ok for a bed and breakfast stay on a city trip.

This hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and it's a very nice hotel. It is not very close to the city center but you have a suburban train stop very closeby that connects with the other metro lines taking you to the city center in 15 minutes. The cost/value of this hotel was really great. Comfortable room, great bathroom, good heating, very clean, nice staff, nearby supermarkets. We would stay there again and we recomend it.

Small room on the 4th floor, large balcony, clean and smells nice although it's little outdated. It has safe for valuables. Bathroom is clean and ok. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. We got two small mattresses that are not large enough for good sleep. Room 401 is across the elevator so everytime other guests use it its noisy. I needed an ear plugs to sleep. Walk distance to subway or even city centre (for those prepared to walk 3 or 4 hours and just see a small part of what viena offers ). Hotel has private garage that costs 9 euros per day ). Three star hotel for travelers with budget.
