Nice hotel but reception extremely slow. Waited for 40 minutes to be checked in and that was with 3 staff at reception. In 40mins there 1 staff member doing nothing but going back and forward, 1 staff member serving a group of 4 for that whole time and other serving. Let people just push in even though 5 people waiting in line

Clean, well maintained, and beautiful rooms.
Reasonable prices, and a lovely lobby. Staff are polite and friendly.

Good beds, awesome breakfast menu, only reason it does not get 5 stars is because there is no kettle or coffee 🍵 in the room, great place taxi rank outside

Very nice hotel. Comfortable and clean. Close to West railway station and in front of the point where bus to airport is located. If you are not alone: there is only 1 big bed in all rooms. So if you want separate beds you have to book 2 different rooms.

We were here for three nights. We made a reservation online, upon checking in we were notified of having requested a "quiet" room. We made no such request, but it was welcome anyway. The room might be considered small, but honestly, we only needed the room to sleep. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. They do a quick cleaning every day. Hotel staff is very friendly and will make sure they can help you in any way possible. We opted for the breakfast which was more than good with enough healthy options for those who watch calories and carbs.

The room was decent and seemed newly renovated. So was the shower and toilet. There was a TV in the room. Breakfast was fine for the price. As far as I observed, the hotel is wheelchair accessible. There are no steps at the main entrance nor to the elevators. Staff was friendly. Good connections to public transport. What bothered me a lot was the almost unavailable WiFi in my room. It was only working next to the door. If not for this problem, i would have given 4 stars.

Nice hotel in a convenient spot. The rooms are comfortable and the lobby impressive. They had a wrong billing through booking and we were forced to pay extra money in order to stay there.

Very nice, clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was stellar! Immediately next to bus stop and train station, and within walking distance of some very nice restaurants. Overall, a great stay!
