Very nice European room, within easy walking distance to metro station that takes you everywhere. Wonderful breakfast.would definitely stay again.

it's a nice place and pretty central. Huge amount of rooms (13 floors). only letdown is that the restaurant was half smoking half nonsmoker resulting in a smoke filled room. The location make this a good place. just 2min walking to the mayor U-Bahn and tram lines.

This hotel was nice and clean and the staff were great. The only problem was that the elevators would take 5-10 minutes to get to you, because they would go to random floors instead of yours! Then the same thing when you get on - you wait several minutes to get where you want to go! We tried to take the stairs but those were hard to find, and it led us to the basement somehow. The hotel is nice but hard to get around in.

Tired interior and small rooms but great views. Located near the train station and a 20 minute walk from most attractions. Staff are mixed with some outstanding and others leaving a lot to be desired. Had hoped for better but was suitable for a 3 night stay.

Amazing. The breakfast is delicious, has many varieties. Room is clean, with a breathtaking view. Location is amazing, in the heart of shopping in Vienna.

Too crowed
We had to wait extra hour for our room.
In the morning, we had to wait about 10 minute in line for the elevator.
Also rooms were small.

Great breakfasts - lots of options and I think anyone could find something they will like.
Rooms are clean, stuff is helpful, prices are good.
As for cons - double room don't have much space, it was forbidden to open a window in our room, and it took quite a time to get downstairs or upstairs because of strangely working elevators and number of floors and rooms.

Great location, great staff, great breakfast buffet. The rooms are very good and spacious. The location is very good; close to a major shopping area but not very close to a metro station or any other public transportation.

Ibis hotel was a great experience for us. They were very centrally located, near the train station, and had really good service as well. The rooms were pretty spacious and comfy as well. While not, particularly luxurious, we found this hotel to be the perfect base to explore Vienna from while getting some proper work done too!

Not satisfied with the room amenities offered like no electric kettle for tea coffe, no electric iron , in winter rooms were not having carpet and sleepers were also not provided.In the same money I have got better service in Hilton, thus costly as 5 star but not providing basic facilities.Else location was good and staff was friendly.
