Nice hotel. Clean. Staff was very helpfull. Good breakfast. Located ~20 min by metro from main city attractions.

Basic, but clean, quiet and friendly. Good breakfast available. Renovations taking place during July and August 2017, but this didn't cause any disruption except for one of the lifts being out of action the old centre of town is only ten minutes on the U-Bahn or fifteen-twenty on foot, so don't be put off by its location.

The hotel has a good location, positioned near an underground station, however a batter location could have been closer to the airport. The rooms were tidy and organised, but the way to get to the rooms was quite cryptic as there were also renovations in progress. The bathroom has a good shower which will work for anyone, and there is a nice amount of space in case you need to get changed in the toilet. The TVs did not work for us, but it was understandable as there were upgrades in progress to the TV system. The rooms had NO kettle and no tea, they were fine with giving us a kettle, but we had to pay for tea which is incredibly inconvenient and if every other hotel does it, why not here? The breakfast room is nice looking and has some great food. The renovated lobby also looks like it has a lot of potential, however everything has not been finished yet. Good luck to the hotel, but they need to follow basic principles such as giving the visitors at least a kettle and some tea bags.

Great hotel! The rooms are clean and have amazing showers. It's not too far from the city centre but it's a pain to get to from the airport using public transportation. I'd definitely stay here again!

We reserved a double room. The room was big with a TV and fridge. We stayed there for 3 nights and everyday the room was cleaned and we were given clean sheets and towels. The wifi connection was good. Close to the ubahn as well as Lugner city for a bit of shopping and restaurants. The service was super!!

Very nice hotel, the room is big and nothing iz missing. Loved the wooden floor instead of the usual (and often dirty) carpet you find in other hotels. Moreover, the position is really confortable, very close to a main junction of different public lines. I would totally recommend a stay in this hotel.

We stayed one night while visiting Vienna. We reserved the room with a special offer, breakfast was not included but the price was exceptionally convenient. Pay attention to parking and use at best public services which are very efficient (metro station close to the hotel!)
