I sincerely enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Bristol. The location is amazing with everything, including pub transit, within easy walking distance of the hotel. The bed was extremely confortable and the staff was attentive and non-intrusive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Vienna.

4.5 stars. Amazing location plus amazing staff. Close to 5 stars, except for the fact that the building is in need of major updates. Can never get water temperature to stay consistent. Phone system still works on pulse dialing.

Can't say enough about how amazing the staff is. Very attentive. And the hotel being steps away from Innerstadt. Absolutely amazing for tourists who like to walk and soak in the atmosphere.

Tourist from US: OMG this place was lovely!! The waiters were very polite and speedy. They understood that we had a show to get to and made sure that our meal arrived in time for us to make the show. We were even given the directions to the show. It was marvelous!

Just an overall amazing experience. The location is top notch, probably the best in all Vienna. Rooms are antique, so you have to like it, but the bed is a very comfy Simmons standard American hotel bed so you'll sleep good. Breakfast is nice - even though in such an upscale place I would have expected more individuality.

Very pretty hotel in a nice central location. We had a few drinks which were good. I really liked their overall design and lobby. Even the elevator looked extremely cool with leather seats added to it.

Didn't stay here but used the toilet for free. The cubicle was made of fine marble and seat was comfy. Highly recommended.

Beautiful centrally located historic hotel. The service and staff are exceptional. The rooms are lovely and well appointed. Breakfast was fantastic.

Absolutely amazing! My family got an upgrade to a suite and we very much enjoyed all the amenities the hotel provided. The room is very tastefully decorated, the bed is among the most comfortable I've been on, and most importantly, it has an amazing view of the State Opera House. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful Hotel with a nice restaurant area. The bar is particularly beautiful and is open during very late hours. Always nice for a good night drink

If you stay in Vienna, do yourself a favor and stay at the Bristol! The staff was incredible, the food out of this world and the view the VIEW! Look out your window for a world-class view of the Vienna Opera!
