It seemed expensive at first, but the room was incredible for the price. We ended up getting a suite with a nice view and private balcony for what we thought was a small bedroom. It's a very convenient walk to most of the sights. I'd highly recommend it as a place to stop in Salzburg.

Stayed for multiple nights. Hotel was in an incredible location that allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly, and we enjoyed our stay. If we returned to Salzburg, we would consider staying here again

The rooms are small but clean. We got a standard room with a double bed. TV is small and has Austrian channels so no English channels but that's to be expected. Breakfast is nice with a healthy choice of fruit scrambled eggs coffee and juice. I'm no hotel snob so I'm pretty comfy. Staff is friendly too. Nothing blew me away but nothing seemed bad so I'm giving it 3 stars.

It's very good modern hotel near to old town (its just a few minute walking) helpful staff (speaking English) good breakfast buffet.

Decent place. Good location. Very close to old City and the fort.
Good spacious room. Had two double beds for the family of four. Good breakfast. Well located between the tourist locations and residential. Lot of restaurants nearby.

Near the Alstadt (old town), 5 minutes by walk through the tunnel. WIFI is perfect, room is comfortable, air condition is quiet.

Warm breakfast is very poor, there was only scrambled eggs, there is no choice. No restaurant for the dinner in the hotel.

Room is small and so are the beds for 2 to the bed. That being said, everything else has been fine. Breakfast is not complementary but it is tasty if willing to pay for it.
