There is only 1 lift to service 5 floors. Even though shower gel had ran out and reported, nothing was done next day after the room was serviced.

Beds are very comfortable (i think new mattresses) and the suit on the 5th floor is very spacious with a huge balcony!

Great public spaces about a mile from the center of town. Breakfast was good and AC was so so. Flight crews stay here which is a testimony. Reception was very helpful. The hsve s minimal fitness center

Awesome place to stay in Salzburg Austria. Not exactly in the middle of the tour area but a great view of Salzburg castle. 4 stars because we were under the impression breakfast was included and it was not.

Good rooms, good wi fi signal, quite place. When I stay in Salzburg, I always choose Castelani. I don't like crowd and bustle of bigger hotels.

Excellent stay at a very reasonable price. Our room was nicely furnished, comfortable and spotless. The hotel is also within walking distance of downtown shops, restaurants and other attractions, so leave your car in their ample parking area and avoid traffic. The staff is also terrific. We pulled into town around 11 am and they let us check into our room; none of that "can't check in until 3 pm even though your room is ready" nonsense. We couldn't have wished for a better experience.

Very nice place. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The buildings and grounds were kept up well. This use to be a private residence and was converted some time ago. The bar was unable to accept credit card so either pay cash or put it on your room.
