This was the most spacious Ibis we stayed during this trip (Apr 2015) the room even have a desk and seats. Bathroom is also a good size and across the road to the hotel there is a laundromat and its very clean, looks like new. Love this place, dont mind coming back here for next visit.
I am not going to speak about the good things because it is al you can aspect from a 3 star hotel. So, Bad things: 1. On one of the days I stayed there I found the door wide open. I thought inside was the maid to do the cleaning, I was wrong. 2. The internet is extremely poor. I could not see a trailer on IMDB, wat am i saying i coulnd even watch a socer match(live text) 3. Air conditioning only works on ventilation. Our luck was that we got some cooler days. We tried to say at the reception and they told us that it was surely the window open when we turn it on. As I said, cooler days.4. No hand towels
Like every Ibis hotel, good quality service, small but clean rooms, comfortable bed. Just a little expensive breakfast, but very good.
Excelent report between price and quality, but more importantly the location is ideal, within walking distance of more than half the sites to visit in Vienna. The view (city view), at least from our room is beautiful.

Thd hotel is modern, basic and clean. Very nice breakfasts each morning with a good selection to eat. Whilst we were there, the one lift broke. We were on the 7th floor so it was very inconvenient. Even more so because the nearest metro station was a 10 min walk away, and the nearer stop to the centre of Vienna was a long walk away. So after having done a lot of walking throughout the day it was very arduous to climb 7 flights of steps!
Good hotel, value for money not too far from City Centre. Metro-stations nearby.
Comfortable rooms, good service, downtown location.
It's so central. We visited Vienna last year and are coming back in 2017 and stopping at Ibis, great staff.
Stayed with my Partner, Alison. Found the hotel to be very welcoming and friendly. Our room was very clean and tidy.
We breakfasted most morning's over a 10 day stay and found the breakfasts to be very good.
It's an idea venue to stay when visiting the city.
We enjoyed Vienna so much we are returning 2017 and staying at the Hotel ibis, Wien City.
Good access to under ground network , only a five minute walk to underground. Close to nachmarket, 15 minutes walk away. Rooms are basic and hotel is on noisy road. OK for just having a room to sleep in while seeing the rest of Vienna.
The hotel was good BUT..we were totally let down by them at a cost to us of 90 euros
We ask them to order us a taxiwhich took us to the wrong place even tho the address was printed out
. Yes the taxi firm were at faultbut the hotel recommend them .. and we're really unhelpful in helping us get any kind of compensation. They were full of promises BUT to no avail
So we lost out on our day trip .. Cruising to Bratislavaand the the cost of the 2 taxi fares we used trying to get to our leaving point on time..we arrived too late.
Good hotel .. Staff not so good
