Comfortable and clean. Very warm hotel and noisy if you open the windows on the front of the building. Excellent breakfast but the bar was smokey in the evenings.

Our favorite hotel in Vienna. We are returning over and over again here. Located in the excellent area. It is quiet, clean and has a lot of rooms and apartments. Some are renovated (very good), but the not renovated rooms are excellent, as well. Under roof apartments (two floors) with terraces are excellent. Sweet shop at the ground floor has very tasty sweets. Reception staff is always helpful. Free drinks in each room. Perfect wi-fi connection. Simple and efficient tram connection to center of Vienna. All the best for this hotel.

The overall stay has been very good. The breakfast spread and arrangements were really good.
The lift inside the hotel, door locks seems to be old and guess needs a change.
While some of front desk were helpful and polite in providing information, some were not. I guess they need to be trained to smile and serve. Being a tourist in a new location that makes the stay more complete.
But given a chance I would definitely stay again or recommend to others.

I enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel and the front desk staff were very helpful. i like the gym small but good. maybe i would wish to have at least one more TV channel in English other than CNN. the location of the hotel is also very good close to the train station and a supermarket

I stayed there 3 nights for personal reasons. The reception experience was pleasant and handled efficiently. The Standard room is small and clean. The furnishings are modern (sterile) but functional. I appreciated the firm mattress on the bed. The little kitchenette is a plus, but it should be equipped with the necessary plates and utensils for at least 2 people. The bathroom is small, clean and well equipped - the only problem is the shower pan: it is rather slippery especially with soapy feet! Also the insulation between floors is, respectively the floor coverings do not absorb the sliding of a chair across the floor in the room above.

I absolutely LOVED my stay here!! The staff was super friendly. They spoke English, which was welcome as my German is just "ok". The room was AMAZING! I had an economy room with a balcony. It was very clean and modern. The room was quiet except for when the neighbors in the room next door came home at 10-11pm and made lots of noise in the hallway, in their room, and then on the balcony. However, this is not the hotel's fault. The breakfast buffet was great, but very pricey for 15 Euros. The location of the hotel was perfect. There are 2 grocery stores, a pharmacy, and a bank within the same block. I would recommend getting food at the grocery stores instead of paying 15 Euros for breakfast. The hotel staff booked a taxi service for me to travel to the airport. The tram is on the same block as well. The train station is within walking distance. Everything is within walking distance, really. The room was amazingly peaceful and I look forward to my return. I will stay at this hotel each and every time I visit the area.

The room was way too warm and the thermostat was not working. Although it was a non-smoking room, smoking on the balcony is allowed. This is dreadful for non-smokers next door that have to sleep with the window open because the room is too warm. Bathroom was outdated and needs to be upgraded. The room did have an electric stove, but no pots or pans. A microwave instead would be a better alternative.

This was our second stay in this Hotel. What we liked most is the staff that is always ready to support you on any of your requests. The hotel is still under renovation and it was a bit noisy but this was only during the day when we were out. Breakfast is also great and you have plenty of different choices of food, vegetables, drinks and so one. You can also use your small kitchen on your room which makes this hotel special for a long stay with reasonable price. I will definitely visit again this hotel.

Cleaning service could be better. Also (some of the) staff at the reception is quite confused.
Otherwise nice hotel, good location, quiet and pleasant.
    Ask for new (renovated) rooms.
Free parking available around the hotel.

Very comfortable and clean accommodations in a very convenient and green location of Vienna with many different options of supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries, post office and other stores. The rooms have suitable size with kitchen and balcony. Helpful and friendly reception staff. There are three different options of public transport nearby (very handy). The hotel also counts with a small gym and sauna. Unfortunately the breakfast is really very expensive.
